How we use your enquiry
This page describes the contact form on this website. It does not cover other services, social platforms or future tools that are not in use here.
What you send through the form
The estimate form collects your name, email address, project city or area, project type and a description of your project. A phone number is optional. We use those details to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
The form does not ask for a budget, files, an account or marketing subscriptions, and there is no marketing-consent checkbox.
How the enquiry is delivered
When you submit the form, the website sends an email to edwin@naileditcontractingservices.com using the business mailbox’s SMTP service. The email is sent from a website address on this domain; your email address is set as the Reply-To so the business can answer you directly.
Successful sending means the mailbox provider accepted the message. It does not by itself prove the message is visible in the inbox (for example it may be filtered). We do not send an automatic confirmation email to you in this version of the form.
Delivered enquiries remain in the business email inbox until the business deletes them. This website does not claim that enquiry contents are never stored, and it does not set a retention period. A written retention practice still needs owner confirmation before launch.
Hosting and email providers
The website files are intended to be hosted with Hostinger. Email delivery uses the business mailbox configured through that hosting or email provider, once SMTP settings have been added on the server. Those credentials are stored outside the public website files.
To reduce automated abuse, the server may store a hashed network address and timestamps for rate limiting. Operational logs record whether a submission succeeded or failed. They are not intended to include the full enquiry message.
Other contact methods
If you call, email or use WhatsApp or Instagram instead of the form, those services apply their own terms. The WhatsApp link on this site still needs the owner to confirm it opens the intended chat.
